Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification to prevent fraud. Contact our live chat support team with proof of identity (CNIC copy) and explain the reason for the change. Name changes are not permitted once your account is verified — the name must match your CNIC at all times.
Yes. You can request permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method. Payment methods, limits and deposit processing in PKR
After logging in, go to the Deposit section in your account cashier. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount in PKR and follow the on-screen instructions. The minimum deposit on LuckyGame is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallet payments. For bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard card payments the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by LuckyGame, though your payment provider may have its own daily limits — particularly mobile wallets which often cap at Rs 25,000 per transaction.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit instantly in most cases. If your balance hasn't updated after 5 minutes, first refresh your account page. Then check that your payment went through on your mobile wallet app — look for a deduction in your wallet history. If the payment was deducted but hasn't appeared on LuckyGame, contact our live chat support with your transaction ID (reference number from your wallet). Bank IBFT transfers can take up to 2 hours during business hours.
LuckyGame does not charge any fees on deposits from your side. The full PKR amount you enter will be credited to your balance. Your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, or your card issuer — may apply their own standard transaction charges depending on your account type, but LuckyGame has no control over those and does not add any markup.

Withdrawals
How to withdraw, processing times and limits in PKR
Login to your account and go to the Withdrawal section in the cashier. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. For verified accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are similarly fast. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day if submitted before 3pm on a business day, or the next business day otherwise. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer. Processing times can occasionally be longer during high-traffic periods.
The minimum withdrawal on LuckyGame is Rs 500. There is a maximum single withdrawal limit of Rs 200,000 for standard accounts. VIP players have higher withdrawal limits. If you need to withdraw more than Rs 200,000, you can submit multiple withdrawal requests. There is no daily limit on the number of withdrawal requests. All withdrawals are paid to your registered payment method in PKR.
The most common reasons for a withdrawal being declined on LuckyGame are: KYC documents not yet submitted or pending review; wagering requirements on bonus funds not yet completed; withdrawal amount requested against a balance that includes uncleared bonus funds; or a mismatch between your account name and your payment method name.
